Village Health Lincoln Road

Higgs Construction delivered the two level, Village Health Medical Centre complex in early 2019. We are currently heavily involved in the redevelopment of St George’s Hospital. With Stages 1a, 1b and Stage 2 complete, we are now constructing the Stage 3 Cressy Wing. Knox Presbyterian Church Rebuild

Heritage / Restoration - 2016 Gold Award Winner.

The Old Government Building

Cathedral Square The Old Government Building (OGB) was originally constructed between 1911 and 1913. During the 1990’s we were involved with the conversion of this old building into suites for the Heritage Hotel. Lyttelton Tunnel Control Building

The Lyttelton Tunnel Control Building had its public opening in August 2014 after its completion earlier in that year. In July 2013, Higgs Construction Limited commenced the construction of the new Lyttelton Tunnel Control Building. Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre Rebuild

Project completed …. The Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre was closed following the February earthquakes. Demolition of the existing structure commenced in September 2012.
