Projects of Interest

We have a number of projects under construction at one time. Some of the current projects under construction are:

St Georges Hospital, Cressy Wing, Stage 3 – $49m

Stage 3 (under construction) The Cressy Wing, is a new five level structure on the Leinster Road side of the St Georges Hospital site. This building is a base isolated concrete framed structure. It houses the new energy centre for the hospital, specialist suites, theatres and bedroom suites. Our Senior Project Manager, Mark Weber leads the delivery of this project with his team. Completion is expected in the later part of 2020. Approximate value $49m.

Nurse Maude ARC Building – Value $12.8m (recently completed)

The project is a two level care facility comprising of 75 resident rooms and associated facilities. The structure is being built using modern engineering techniques, allowing the new facility to with stand future earthquake events.

Forte Health, MRI Fitout for Pacific Radiology – (Recently Completed)

St Peters Church, Church Corner – strengthening and refurbishment project $2.8m

Christchurch International Airport – ITB Covered walkways – $2.7m

St Andrews Church at Rangi Ruru Girls School – strengthening and refurbishment project

Izone Business Park, Commercial Build – $1.8m

Burlington Care Facility, New Dementia Building 

The Pumphouse, strengthening and earthquake repairs – $1.6m (recently completed)

All Souls Church, Church Lane, Merivale – $4.8m (recently completed)

Lincoln Road Medical Centre – $ 3.8m (recently completed)

St Paul Church Youth Hall – $ 1.7m (recently completed)

Neuro Sciences Development, Papanui Rd – $ 1.3m (recently completed)

Medbury School, New Classroom Block – $2.7m (recently completed)

Suva Street Apartments – $ 3.1m (recently completion)

Christchurch City Council, Spencer Park Repairs and Upgrade – $990,000.00  (recently completed)
