Stephen is a Company Director / Contracts Manager, Stephen joined Higgs in 2021 as a Contracts Manager and in 2024 became a Company Director, Stephen has over 30 years construction experience.
Stephen works closely with Daniel, the Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure that project delivery, resourcing, construction programming are on track
Stephen assists the procurement team to produce workable and deliverable construction methodologies and programmes.
