Higgs Construction have constructed a number of Residential Apartment Developments. These developments have ranged is size from 10 Units to 43 Units in size.
We offer our clients a number of build options. Design & Build, ECI (Early Contractor Involvement), Negotiated Lump Sum Options and a range of other options.
Value engineered solutions are of most important when developing concepts. The construction cost, if not efficient can lead to a reduced return to the client. We assist with design, review buildability and provide cost effective solutions to ensure the developments are constructed efficiently.

180 Peterborough Street Apartments - 15 Units, mixture of one and two bedroom units
Cashel Street Apartments, 36 Units in total, two structures consisting of a mixture of one and two bedroom units.
83 Bordesley Street - 10 Units each of 3 bedrooms.
Calibre Apartment Development - Four Structures consisting of a mixture of one, two and three bedrooms units. Development included 43 units in total.
30 Mathesons Road Development, 33 Units, mixture of two and three bedroom units.
Bordesley Street Apartments - Two structures totally 34 Units, mixture of two and three bedroom units.
