Projects of Interest

We have a number of projects under construction at one time. Some of the current projects under construction are:

Opawa Methodist Church Rebuild - Value $2.8m

The church was extensively damage during the recent earthquakes in Christchurch. The structure is being rebuilt using modern engineering techniques, allowing the church to with stand future events. Recently the roof structure was removed from the existing structure and placed to one side of the site allowing it to be re-install following the completion of the new structure.

282 Madras Street Street Apartments - $8.8m (completed)

Currently under construction, 43 apartments and a café, two four storey blocks and one three storey block. The concrete precast structure is supported on a stone column foundation system. Completion due for November 2015.

Middleton Grange School - New Gymnasium - $ 2.6m (completed)

Nearing completion, the new Middleton Grange international size netball and basket ball gymnasium provides the school with an additional indoor sporting facility. This project is a design and build project.

Methodist Church of New Zealand, New Offices - $ 4.8m

We have just commence the construction of the new two storey office facilities for the Methodist Church in Langdons Road. The new building will be constructed over a period of 12 months.
